The gratitude journals are designed as a 90-day practice that supports nervous system regulation through consistency, structure and repetition. Rather than focusing on positive thinking, the journal invites daily attention to safety, meaning, and appreciation: key signals the nervous system uses to shift out of survival mode and into presence.

Through simple, guided prompts, gratitude becomes embodied rather than conceptual. Over time, this repeated practice supports neuroplastic change: reduced rumination, less future-oriented anxiety and an increased capacity to remain grounded in the present moment.

About the journals

All The Gratitude List® journals share the same guided content; only the cover colour differs. The journal includes introduction pages with tips and tricks from founder Lily, 90 days of gratitude exercises, anti-stress coloring mandalas, notebook pages (20 lined, 20 dotted, and 20 blank), a vision board, a bucket list, and inspirational quotes woven throughout the journal. They are handmade in small batches in Belgium, using 100% recycled paper and upcycled velvet covers.

These journals are for personal use and can be collected in the practice only (no shipping). Collection outside therapy hours is possible. Returns or exchanges are not accepted once collected. Limited stock available.
